BOGOR – The National Center for Mental Health Center (PKJN) of RS Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor has achieved a “Prima” (Excellent) rating in Public Service Delivery through the Independent Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Service Delivery (PEKPPP). The assessment was carried out directly by a team from the Directorate General of Advanced Health Services, Ministry of Health, led by Auliyana Zahrawani, on Wednesday (27/8).
The PEKPPP evaluation was conducted over more than six months, covering key aspects such as service policies, staff professionalism, facilities and infrastructure, information systems, complaint handling, innovation, and the queuing system. RS Marzoeki Mahdi was one of 10 vertical hospitals under the Ministry of Health selected as assessment sites this year.
President Director of PKJN RS Marzoeki Mahdi, Nova Riyanti Yusuf, expressed her gratitude for the achievement. She noted that the hospital had prepared thoroughly for the evaluation.
"Today is an activity we have actually been anticipating since last year. Alhamdulillah, this year RS Marzoeki Mahdi was able to take part in the PEKPPP assessment. Our team was specifically formed to oversee preparations up to today’s stage," Nova said.
The Head of the PEKPPP Assessment Team, Auliyana Zahrawani, emphasized that the “Prima” rating reflects the hospital’s excellent public service standards. The assessment not only covered administrative compliance but also evaluated the quality of services delivered directly to the community.
"Hospital service standards must be clear—from outpatient services, procedures, to complaint mechanisms. Every part of the hospital, from doctors, nurses, pharmacists, security officers, to parking attendants, must provide the best service. The hospital’s website must also be managed properly," explained Auliyana.
She further added that the achievement of RS Marzoeki Mahdi is in line with Minister of Health Regulation No. 33 of 2019 on public service delivery within the Ministry of Health.
With this “Prima” rating, PKJN RS Marzoeki Mahdi reaffirms its commitment to improving the quality of public services while strengthening public trust in mental health services and other medical care. (PR/R)
