Yogyakarta, 27 November 2025 — RS Marzoeki Mahdi has been awarded the AA (Excellent) category for the 2025 Digital Archive Implementation Assessment, recognizing the hospital as a top-performing Work Unit/Technical Implementation Unit in digital archiving. The award was presented during the Monitoring and Evaluation of Procurement Activities for BLU Hospitals, held at the Training Center Building of RSUP dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta, on Thursday (27/11/2025).
The assessment was carried out by Organizational Units for all Work Units and Technical Implementation Units under the Directorate General of Advanced Health Services. Data verification took place on 10–12 September 2025 at Hotel Santika Premiere Bintaro. Units achieving the AA category received certificates, symbolically presented by the President Director of RSUP dr. Sardjito.
The Digital Archive Implementation Assessment is conducted through the Archival Performance Indicator (IKK), which evaluates the quality of archival management as part of the national digital transformation agenda. The assessment uses a structured instrument containing questions that represent vital aspects of archival accountability and digital archive governance.
Two main components form the basis of the assessment:
- Digital Archive Component, covering media conversion, the implementation of the SRIKANDI application, and the management of SIKN and JIKN.
- Digitalization Resource Component, assessing human resources and infrastructure supporting digital archiving.
The assessment aims to ensure the availability of authentic, intact, and reliable digital archives to strengthen transparent, effective, democratic, and accountable government administration.
Alongside RS Marzoeki Mahdi, 30 other work units and technical implementation units under the Directorate General of Advanced Health Services also received the AA (Excellent) category award.
